We wouldn't be anywhere without explorers. Countries wouldn't have been discovered, trade routes wouldn't have been discovered neither would have many foods and plants. Christopher Colombus was a Italian explorer who set on an expedition to find a route to India to get spices and cloth, but on his way there he discovered many islands, countries and cultures.
